Review: I love to pamper my Bulldog, Princess Buttercup, and since she has such a fierce look she needs a little help to live up to her "princess" status. When the fantastic necklace arrived in the mail I become instantly jealous that my dog gets to wear such a beautiful piece of jewelry (I never thought I would ever write that)! The light purple pearl-like pieces, mixed with the Swarovski-styled crystals created a very stunning piece. It was really sturdy as well and I was not worried about her breaking it once I actually had the chance to inspect it. It fit around her neck perfectly and my kids got a real kick out of Buttercup's "bling". Aside from her fat rolls covering up parts of the necklace when she lays down, it sits well on her neck. She does not wear a collar at home so I was surprised that she wore the necklace without any resistance.
Confession time: I borrowed the necklace to wear to work one day (what can I say, it totally matched my outfit). In case you get one of these and your animal does not take well to it... you can totally wear it yourself. Hey, I received tons of compliments. Plus, I figured that since I have to share blankets, pillows, and occasionally food with Buttercup, she can share with me on occasion too!!
